Terms of service
The agreement between TCGMotion Ltd and stores subscribing to the platform. A signed order form takes precedence over anything on this page.
Subscription and term
Plans run on a three-month initial term, then continue month to month. Either party may end the agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial term.
What we provide
Access to the TCGMotion platform for the plan you subscribe to, including updates released during your subscription. Pricing data is provided as an estimate of market value and is not a valuation or a guarantee of sale price.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the pricing rules you configure, the prices you publish, and compliance with the terms of any marketplace you connect. TCGMotion executes your rules; it does not set your prices for you.
Data and exit
Your data remains yours throughout. On termination you may export your catalogue, stock, pricing rules and sales history in full. We delete store data 90 days after termination unless you ask us to do so sooner.
