TCGMotion is a technology company for the trading card space. We bring automation and technology to TCG retail — online and in store — because the trade grew up faster than the tools around it.
Where we come from
We got tired of doing it by hand.
We come from the trade. That means a lot of evenings spent repricing singles against a market that had already moved, re-typing the same cards into a website, and apologising to someone online because the card they bought had sold over the counter an hour earlier.
None of that is trading. It is data entry wearing a trading hat — the least valuable work in the building, taking up the most time, in a market that had quietly become a serious one.
So TCGMotion exists to fix the layer underneath: the automation and the data that the trading card trade should have had years ago. Not another shop, not another marketplace — the technology that both of those things ought to be running on.
Security & data
Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK, backed up regularly. Trading data belongs to whoever generated it: never shared between businesses, never sold, and exportable in full whenever it is asked for — not only on the way out.
